Let's Work Together
To Improve Your Mental Health

Our Services

Rai of SonShine, provides clinical consultations for contract services for agencies specializing in the treatment of adults transitioning from inpatient hospital stays. Our consultations cover essential areas such as ethics, treatment planning, quality assurance, documentation, team building, peer mediation, and staff training.

Additionally, we offer wellness walks for local clients residing in New Haven County. Research highlights the numerous benefits of walking, making it an ideal service for those who have successfully managed their mental wellness or for anyone seeking to maintain their well-being. Therefore, we treat our clients with the understanding that with appropriate care, the mind, much like the body, has the capacity to heal itself.

MSW students interested in interning are encouraged to contact us via email for internship opportunities.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients, who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance for services, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is $400.00 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
