Sharelle Blatche, LCSW
Congratulations on taking a step toward your therapeutic journey!
Now that you are here, let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I hold a Master of Social Work degree, earned from the University of Southern California (USC). I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Charter Oak State College, with a concentration in mental health.
I have a lifelong passion for helping people live unapologetically, proud, and free, which is now commonly known now as “living your best life.” I am able to help you accomplish this goal, because of my unique skills and training, along with a high regard for creating a natural therapeutic relationship in a safe space.
It is my strong belief that life is a journey and we all are the experts of our own life. At times, life can be difficult and may leave you feeling unbalanced and overwhelmed. I offer a socially conscious eclectic approach, which includes, but it is not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength Based, and Mindfulness, rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals.

Anijha Blatche, EMT Clinical Coordinator
As the Clinical Coordinator, I am here to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing payroll, handling billing, coordinating publications, overseeing our social media presence, conducting outreach, and maintaining strong client relations.
I am dedicated to providing excellent administrative support to both our team and our clients. By taking care of the essential behind-the-scenes tasks, I enable our therapists to focus on what they do best – helping you achieve your goals. Whether it’s ensuring timely and accurate payroll and billing, creating engaging content for our publications, expanding our reach through social media and outreach efforts, or fostering positive client relations, I am committed to excellence in every aspect of my work.
I look forward to contributing to the success of our practice and supporting you in your journey.
